As General Manager IT Planning, PMO & ITFM at Persistent Systems (NASDAQ: PSYS), he governed a $15M+ annual IT portfolio of 60+ strategic projects while simultaneously introducing IT Financial Management discipline that delivered $1.39M in annualised savings and gave the board genuine visibility into how technology spend was creating value.

Before that, across seven years at Accenture, he held full P&L responsibility for client-facing IT service delivery across banking, pharmaceutical, utilities and ISP sectors — managing 24×7×365 operations encompassing over 1,000 servers, 15,000+ network devices, and 25,000+ users. The governance was not a layer placed on top of the work. It was the work.

Between Accenture and his return to operational leadership, he founded Sri Krishan IT & Education Services LLP as Designated Partner — a period of full statutory, commercial, and governance accountability that resulted in the Jetking Fastest Growing Franchise Centre Award and ₹75L+ revenue in Year 1. This entrepreneurial chapter sharpened the founder's perspective that independent directors rarely possess: the understanding of what compliance and governance feel like when they land on one person's desk.
